long time no write...sighhh...
guest im kind of busy lately with my job...

i notice lately a lot of people asking about 206, opinion, etc etc....
this must be due to the 0% interest loan by Naza credit.

for those who look for the answer of their curiousity, let me ask u guy 1st..
do you want to buy this car solely because of the finance offer, or u really interested with the car..

if u only wanna buy this car due to the 0%, think again. because later on, u will regret. peugeot, is not a common car, and the brand itsef, has carry more than 100 years of reputation. their product, has been in motorsports industry since 1894. 206 lineup, have been in market for 11 years, yet peugeot still not stopping the 206 production until 2010.

most of peugeot owner in malaysia, that i know, especially the oldtimer, must have at least 2-3 peug car in their garage, or at least was in the garage. once u drive it, u may not want to drive other brand no more, especially the japanese car.

the quality, the finishing, the driving experience, has a unique quality, not like other car. when Naza took 206 and assemble locally, im so glad that i have a chance to buy it much more cheaper. but when they make a 0% deal, sigh... i think thats the best thing ever happen for peugeot here in malaysia.

but, we may face a problem, whereby the owner not really interested about the car, just the loan offer. it may happen to hardcore japanese car fans, when they will not find what they want in 206, and condemn it too much, especially when they can't find cheap parts, and much modification option (perhaps in kedai abang), compare to local and japanese car.

so for those who have a high curiosity about this car (or the loan offer), make a research, read a lot of past posting in forum (not just simply open new thread and ask question there), and prepare for uniqueness of peugeot brand (or should i say the expensive spare part, and no extreme mod option).

if u really like this car, it doesn't matter what's the loan option might be, u will definitely go for this car.

-custom front and rear
bumpers RM 2,600
-custom side skirts and rear spoiler extension RM
1,800

2. Paint work

-Exterior only (same color) RM
3,800

3. Original Peugeot emblems and badges RM 1,200
(3pcs)

The mods did not include lowering the car. It was also
unnecessary after the widebody conversion.

guess i dont have much time to spend at modification, since living at kuantan (hell for peugeot car) made me do not have any choice for modd.

budget also a big constraint for me..dammit...

just 1 simple 16" rim will cause me RM1600+++.

guess my fren are right - spare part are so expensive...

but there's no turning back my fren...

well i got only 1 explaination to them:

plus, CKD make this car a hell lot cheaper...

then my fren shut up already......

i guess it is still not too late to start a blog for my car..

this blog is just a sort of journal about modification (if any ~ budget..sighhh) to my 206Bestari.



Bought in June 07, at Edron (Setapak). With 1.4 manual transmission, this car carry about 75bhp if i am not mistaken.

actually, 1st time i book this car in 04/08 at this dealer, located at Taman Melati.

The service is sooooo opposite to good (which mean sucks big time!!!!).

since they are sucks, they pass my order to Edron at setapak.

During the booking time, i saw this car just outside the showroom:

this car really makes my passion pumped up!!

then i said to myself, no turning back mannnnnnn!!!!!
